Two-factor
The link opens Passwords, 1Password or Authy and fills itself in. On another device, copy the key and add it by hand.
Password
Changing it signs out every other device.
Health upload
Tap either one to copy it. The key is only ever shown shortened — it is the one thing that lets the Shortcut write.
Add a Get Contents of URL action at the end of the Shortcut, method POST, header X-Health-Key, body File → the Text variable.
